9-10+ years of experience with core Java and/or J2EE, Spring.

Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end development.
Familiarity with TDD/BDD practices and tools like JUnit.
Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and understanding of AI integration risks.
Advantageous: API development, SPA front-end apps, legacy code refactoring, security knowledge, and experience in the payment industry.
