Description:

CyberArk is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Secrets Hub group and contribute to a new R&D team collaborating closely with HQ in Israel.
Secrets Hub is a cloud-native, multi-cloud SaaS product that centralizes secrets management across AWS, Azure, GCP, and HashiCorp Vault.
The product is utilized by major enterprises to secure critical workloads in modern DevOps environments.
As a core team member, the engineer will design, implement, and maintain high-quality services as part of the Secrets Hub platform.
Responsibilities include designing scalable and secure services, collaborating on technical design and system architecture, contributing to code reviews and CI/CD best practices, and troubleshooting production issues.
The role involves working with AWS serverless technologies and writing clean, efficient Python code while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or alumni from an elite military tech unit is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 2+ years building production systems in Python or a comparable modern language.
A solid understanding of software design principles and cloud-native development patterns is necessary.
Experience in building secure, reliable services in a SaaS or multi-tenant environment is required.
Proven ability to take ownership of features from design to production is essential.
Familiarity with AWS core services and serverless architecture (such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and Step Functions) is needed.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in English are required.
Additional preferred qualifications include experience in a product company, frontend development experience (React, PrimeReact, TypeScript), database design and performance knowledge (Aurora RDS, DynamoDB), familiarity with secrets management, and hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (GCP, Azure).
