Description:

  • Join a focused engineering team building AI capabilities for Confluent Cloud, enabling machine learning and AI agents on real-time data.
  • Take ownership of infrastructure for scalable, cost-efficient AI solutions directly on streaming data.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in designing, building, and supporting backend systems in production.
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and networking.
  • Experience with large-scale, high-availability systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency in Java, Scala, C++, Go, or other statically typed languages.
  • BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
