Description:

  • Senior Software Engineer role focused on building and evolving systems for fraud detection, risk decisioning, and abuse prevention at Givebutter.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to address risk challenges and enhance payment integrity.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in fraud, trust & safety, or risk domains.
  • Proven experience in building fraud detection or risk decisioning systems, with strong backend engineering fundamentals.
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders to identify problems and iterate on solutions.
  • Good judgment in prioritizing tasks and breaking down vague problems into actionable plans.
