Description:
- Serve as the primary technical resource for the ANZ Accounts team, sharing expertise in security and observability.
- Design solutions based on client requirements and pain points, guiding customers through Proof of Value (POV) phases.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to enhance Sumo Logic services based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; M.S. preferred.
- 4+ years in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar, with customer-facing experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of security technologies (IDS/IPS, SIEM, etc.) and experience with SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, and modern application architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
