Description:

  • Senior individual-contributor role focused on resolving escalated and complex customer issues for H&L POS.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Support, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and AI Operations to deliver clear outcomes for customers.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in technical support, customer success, or support operations.
  • Strong root-cause analysis, systems-thinking skills, and ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Experience in creating support automations, workflows, and internal tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work autonomously.
