Description:

  • Serve as the elite escalation point between Global Operations Center (GOC) and Core Engineering teams.
  • Resolve complex technical issues for sophisticated customers training large models, ensuring zero downtime.

Requirements:

  • 5–9 years in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or SRE, focusing on high-performance computing or large-scale AI stacks.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, AI/GPU infrastructure, networking (RDMA/RoCEv2, SRIOV, BGP), and Linux.
  • Proficient in Python and Ansible for building diagnostic tools.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting technical findings to executives.
