Requirements:

Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
12 years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems; or equivalent experience with advanced degrees.
Hands-on experience designing, shipping, and operating agentic systems in production.
Proficiency in production-grade Python; knowledge of Go, Java, or C++ is a plus.
Working experience with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) and familiarity with RAG and retrieval patterns in production.
Track record of technical leadership, architecture ownership, and mentoring engineers.
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous AI product environments.
Experience with multi-agent coordination patterns and familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
Prior experience shipping AI systems in enterprise software and with AI observability tooling.
Strong appetite for continuous incremental wins and completing challenging deliverables fast.

Competitive base pay of $190,900 - $334,100, plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits including health plans, 401(k) with company match, and flexible time away.
