Description:
- Lead and scale backend infrastructure for Pika’s user-facing products.
- Design and deliver robust, scalable backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure for real-time collaboration and AI workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience, with 2+ years in senior roles.
- Expertise in distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
- Strong system design skills for high-traffic applications.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver impactful solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
