Remote Senior/Staff Software Engineer

Description:

• Looma is an in-store digital media platform focused on storytelling and education.
• Seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to enhance Looma’s Marketplace product for advertisers and retailers.
• Role involves backend-first development, contributing across the web stack, and evolving the backend architecture.

Requirements:

• Experience in building and shipping production software in ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to improve engineering quality in existing codebases while delivering features.
• Strong ownership, product judgment, technical curiosity, and ability to use AI coding agents effectively.
• Familiarity with GCP, Go, Postgres, Redis, BigQuery, and Angular is a plus, but not mandatory.
