Description:

  • Rula is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead technical modernization and growth within the Provider organization.
  • The role involves setting the technical roadmap, establishing engineering standards, and driving initiatives across teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, including modern database-backed web applications and microservices.
  • Proven technical leadership with experience in all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Expertise in building high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence engineering direction across stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and establishing design patterns.
