Description:

  • AECOM is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer for Internal Data Products to enhance construction team efficiency through application development.
  • The role involves collaborating with construction professionals to understand workflows, build prototypes, and deliver solutions, including replacing spreadsheet processes and improving project visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant software engineering experience or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in building and deploying applications, working with nontechnical stakeholders, and proficiency in a modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and experience in SQL, relational databases, and APIs.
