• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and sustaining high-performance Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Java.
• You will lead architectural modernization and modularization for improved scalability and cross-platform reuse.
• You will define and own the entire lifecycle of your systems, including feature ideation, API design, deployment, testing, and data analysis.
• You will influence and evolve architecture, propose initiatives for modularization, and evaluate new Android platform capabilities.
• The role involves applying AI-driven tools and automation frameworks to enhance development speed and reliability.
• You will leverage telemetry and analytics to improve app performance and user experience.
• You will define observability standards and partner with various teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• You will drive technical discussions, mentor developers, and influence strategic direction across mobile platforms.

Requirements:

• You must be a technical leader capable of creating and leading roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern concurrency tools such as Coroutines and Flows is required.
• A proven track record of architecting modular, maintainable systems that balance speed and reliability is essential.
• Strong background in performance optimization, observability, and system-level debugging is necessary.
• Experience using AI and automation to enhance developer velocity, reliability, or product intelligence is required.
• You should be a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and mentors others.
• A passion for creating elegant, high-performance mobile experiences across Android’s ecosystem is important.
• You must understand instrumentation, SLOs/SLIs, fault-tolerance, and production diagnostics for mobile clients.
