Description:

Join as a Software Developer Backend (m/w/d) to design high-quality web applications and services.
Work up to 100% remote or utilize TEAMocom Spaces on-site.
Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining web applications and services while ensuring quality standards and compliance with data protection and security.
Organize work packages using modern agile methods like Scrum and Kanban.
Actively participate in team events and contribute to Chapter work or Research.
Evaluate and document new libraries, technologies, tools, and methods.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Developer (m/w/d) with Java and Spring Boot.
Good knowledge of modern development methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, XP) and CI/CD, ideally Cloud Native.
Proficient with databases like PostgreSQL and Oracle DB, as well as JPA.
Experience with RESTful APIs and build processes (GitLab, Maven, Gradle).
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and frontend technologies (REACT, TypeScript).
Continuous learning mindset and motivation to work with new technologies.
Good English and fluent German communication skills.
