Description:

  • Lead the development of AI-driven tools to enhance software development processes at Kustomer.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI agents to accelerate the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developer experience, tooling, or platform engineering roles.
  • 5+ years of full-stack programming experience with languages like Go, Python, JavaScript.
  • Ability to identify systemic inefficiencies across engineering and product.
  • Experience with AI developer tools and container deployment (ECS, Terraform is a plus).
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
