Requirements:

3+ years of professional software engineering experience (5+ years for senior roles) with a track record of leading projects.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with production backend systems, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
