Description:

Build and ship AI-powered features that deliver real value to customers.
Write clean, scalable, reusable code and uphold engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and own work end to end.
Design software and APIs for customer customization.
Create accessible, performant user interfaces across web, workspace, and mobile.
Investigate and resolve customer-reported defects and escalations.
Help design and implement new products and enhance existing features.

Requirements:

Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
2+ years of experience with Java or similar OO language, and strong JavaScript skills.
Passion for web development with experience in modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and performance considerations.
Experience building or consuming REST APIs; exposure to generative AI is a plus.
Experience with test automation and web accessibility.
Strong analytical, debugging, and design skills.
Familiarity with IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, and Unix tools.
