Remote Software Engineer III, Backend - Consumer Wealth Domain

Description:

• Design, build, test, and operate backend services for savings and investment products using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and maintain core functionalities ensuring high reliability and transactional consistency.
• Manage AWS-based infrastructure and contribute to architectural improvements.
• Utilize AI tools for code optimization and documentation.
• Transform financial requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams, contributing to code reviews and best practices.
• Debug complex issues and improve system reliability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer in fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in Java & Spring Boot, with experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Deep understanding of performance, data integrity, and transactional consistency.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Passion for FinTech and fluency in English.
