Requirements:

5+ years of production-level Python engineering experience.
Hands-on machine learning experience with supervised fine-tuning and post-training of models.
Familiarity with modern fine-tuning and serving tools (e.g., Unsloth, Fireworks).
Cloud experience with GCP or AWS, including infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.
Experience running ML-based products in production, including deployment and monitoring.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small, distributed team.
