Bree is a consumer finance platform focused on providing better financial services to Canadians living paycheck to paycheck.
The Backend Engineering Co-op will work for an 8-month term (January - August 2027) on backend projects, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related program, available for the full 8-month term.
Foundational experience with TypeScript or JavaScript, Node.js, and building APIs.
Familiarity with cloud services or serverless systems is a plus.
Evidence of software projects (GitHub profile, portfolio, or course project).
Interest in using AI development tools responsibly and a learning mindset.
