Description:

Atria is a membership-based preventive health care practice delivering primary and specialty care in various locations and through telemedicine globally.
The company is seeking a Software Engineer (Product) to design, build, and scale systems that enhance member and clinical experiences.
This role is an individual contributor position focused on building high-quality product features across web, mobile, and backend stacks.
Responsibilities include owning projects from design to launch and iteration, and partnering with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
The tech stack includes TypeScript, Node, Express, React, Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, MySQL, and various tooling and integrations.

Requirements:

Candidates should have approximately 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
A track record of owning and shipping features or projects in a modern web stack is required.
Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams on user-facing features is essential.
Strong full-stack skills are necessary, including the ability to design APIs, implement backend logic, and build UIs.
Proficiency with TypeScript and at least one modern frontend framework, ideally React, is required.
Experience with cloud providers and infrastructure-as-code, such as Terraform, is needed.
Candidates should have solid instincts for systems design basics, including reliability, performance, and security.
Comfort in debugging across the stack, including logs, traces, metrics, and data, is important.
Candidates should take ownership of their work, communicate clearly, and be comfortable working with non-technical partners.
Experience in healthcare or regulated domains is a plus, as is exposure to EHRs or health data platforms.
