Join Hightouch as a Software Engineer on the Streaming Systems team, focusing on high-throughput systems for real-time computation on billions of behavioral events.
Build infrastructure to ingest clickstream, product interaction, and transactional data for the "Cursor for Marketers" AI agent product.

Requirements:

Experience with distributed systems and high-scale systems; familiarity with streaming systems like Kafka, Kinesis, or Pulsar is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and autonomy.

Competitive base salary range of $180,000 - $400,000 USD per year, location independent.
Compensation includes equity via ISO options with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
