Description:

Serve as a key technical contributor at the intersection of engineering and customer success.
Translate complex technical requirements into high-performing solutions for ecommerce clients.
Manage the technical lifecycle from onboarding through optimization, focusing on debugging JavaScript and diagnosing CDN behaviors.

Requirements:

2–5 years of hands-on experience in a technical or customer-facing engineering role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with browser-based debugging.
Working knowledge of web fundamentals including HTTP, caching headers, CDNs, DNS, and rendering performance.
Experience with Shopify preferred; SFCC or other enterprise commerce platforms are a plus.
Ability to manage issues in live production environments with composure.
Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
