Remote Software Engineer

Description:

• Texas Sports Academy is a K-12 school for serious student-athletes, combining elite academics with high-level athletic training.
• Hiring remote Software Engineers to develop educational and sports training apps, as well as AI systems for school operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in building and maintaining learning and sports training applications.
• Ability to work across the entire tech stack and adapt to various projects (mobile apps, websites, VR experiences).
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) and strong opinions on their use.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including debugging, API design, and maintaining production systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English for daily communication with the U.S. team.
• Willingness to work 60+ hours a week, including weekends, for rapid career growth.
• Bonus: Experience with AI workflows in production.
