The company is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join the Forge Team, which is responsible for building next-generation products like Rescale Data Intelligence and Rescale AI Physics.
The role involves engaging with strategic customers to understand their engineering workflows, shape adoption strategies, and influence product direction.
This is a collaborative, customer-facing position that bridges customers, product teams, and field teams to validate hypotheses, accelerate adoption, and deliver value from AI-driven engineering workflows.
Key responsibilities include partnering with account teams to engage with strategic customers, designing end-to-end solutions, setting strategic vision for engagement, building trusted relationships, capturing customer requirements, providing structured field feedback, collaborating on iterative testing cycles, developing technical collateral, supporting internal enablement, and working with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive measurable impact.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in solutions architecture, customer success, technical consulting, or product-facing engineering roles.
A track record of working effectively in fast-moving, experimental environments is essential.
Familiarity with simulation workflows, engineering data management, or AI/ML integration is required.
Understanding of AI Physics models, agentic engineering workflows, or next-generation digital engineering strategies is necessary.
The ability to translate complex technical workflows into clear customer value and strategic implementation plans is important.
Candidates must be skilled in conducting technical and executive discovery sessions and building trust with engineering leaders.
Strong communication skills are required to articulate strategy, technical value, and AI-driven innovation across various audiences.
A strong business mindset to drive customer adoption and influence product direction is essential.
Experience running pilots or early-access programs that validate product-market fit is preferred.
Candidates should be strategic thinkers who thrive in ambiguity and have a bias for action.
Passion for innovation, AI-driven engineering, and helping customers adopt cutting-edge technologies is crucial.
Domain experience in automotive, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, life sciences, or semiconductors is a plus.
