The Solutions Architect will work closely with the sales team to engage prospects, qualify opportunities, and design edge-based computer vision solutions.
This role involves acting as the primary technical resource during the pre-sales phase, identifying client needs, defining technical requirements, and creating scalable solutions.
Responsibilities include collaborating with sales representatives to assess project feasibility, designing tailored solutions, maintaining knowledge of the computer vision platform, leading technical demonstrations, and engaging with customers on technical discussions.
The Solutions Architect will also collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and advocate for product improvements.
Requirements:
Candidates should have experience in solutions architecture, technical sales engineering, or a related role, preferably in a computer vision, AI, or IoT-focused company.
Industry experience in Roboflow’s target markets such as manufacturing, automotive, logistics, food processing, or retail is required.
Expertise in designing edge-based solutions and understanding the challenges of edge computing is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of computer vision, machine learning, and associated technologies is required.
Experience with cloud and edge infrastructure, particularly AWS or Azure IoT, is preferred.
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python and JavaScript is necessary.
Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time is required.

The target on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is between $150,000 and $200,000.
