Description:

  • Join Airspace as a Solutions Engineer to bridge customer needs and platform capabilities.
  • Translate complex customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into precise workflows within the core system.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years in solutions engineering, implementation, or business analysis.
  • Proven ability to convert complicated SOPs into actionable workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with structured data and configuration logic (e.g., JSON).
  • Excellent communication and requirements-gathering skills.
  • Familiarity with process-mapping tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
