The Solutions Engineer II role involves customer onboarding, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and building automation tools to support deployments.

Requirements:

5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, managing onboarding to production.
Strong understanding of cellular networks, IoT devices, and communication protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Ruby), SQL, and REST APIs.
Proven track record of building automations in operational workflows.
Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.

Competitive salary range of $135,000 - $150,000 plus equity.
