Remote Solutions Engineer, LATAM

Description:

• Glean is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assist enterprise customers in LATAM with AI and information challenges.
• The role involves partnering with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to tailored demonstrations and technical evaluations.

Requirements:

• Approximately 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong skills in technical discovery, solution design, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese for customer interactions, with professional English for internal collaboration.
• Experience with enterprise AI, search, and SaaS platforms is beneficial but not required.
