Remote Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and customers to implement conversational commerce solutions.
• Demonstrate advanced use cases and manage proof of concepts for customers.
• Serve as a technical advisor, ensuring customer needs are met and documented.
• Build expertise in Postscript platform, integrations, and API capabilities.
• Create solutions engineering playbooks and processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineer, sales engineer, etc.).
• Ecommerce knowledge required; Shopify ecosystem experience preferred.
• Experience with top-tier Shopify/ecommerce brands.
• Technical proficiency with front-end web technologies (JavaScript, CSS).
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in workflows.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented, curious, and able to work under pressure.
