Description:

  • Tieto Tech Consulting provides design-led, data-centric, and AI-powered digital engineering & consulting services globally.
  • Seeking a Squad Lead for a healthcare project to build digital products for clinical trials, leading a cross-functional team of about 10.
  • Role involves hands-on coding, mentoring, and ensuring high-quality software delivery using Agile methodology.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of team lead experience and 5+ years in software development.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend (React/React Native, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js/NestJS or Java) technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile methods, particularly SAFe and Scrum.
  • Fluency in English required.
