Description:

  • Lead and mentor engineers to deliver high-value products and scalable infrastructure.
  • Set technical direction and drive complex projects across the technical stack.
  • Develop the Integrations Platform, enabling seamless trust automation with over 400 integrations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.
  • Experience in designing, building, and scaling backend systems and APIs.
  • Technical leadership experience in teams or complex projects.
  • Previous startup experience or a bias for action.
  • Experience with greenfield projects and interest in security.
  • Openness to using AI to enhance work efficiency.
