Description:
- Join Feathr as a Staff Backend Software Engineer, shaping the technical direction of our SaaS platform for nonprofits.
- Own product areas, identify technical problems, and build solutions across the full stack (Python backend, React/TypeScript frontend).
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software development experience, with expertise in backend development.
- Proficient in Python, Flask, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, AWS, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in mentoring engineers and writing clear technical documentation.
