Description:

Seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with experience in high-velocity startup environments to build distributed systems.
Responsible for end-to-end feature ownership, from system design to production deployment in Kubernetes.

Requirements:

5+ years of backend engineering experience with elite proficiency in Golang and strong experience in Node.js (TypeScript).
Proven expertise in Apache Kafka, including event-streaming infrastructure and complex partition strategies.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes for deploying and managing services.
Strong understanding of Redis and MongoDB for data caching and indexing.
Ability to translate product requirements into scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Experience in small, fast-moving teams or early-stage startups with a focus on high coding volume and feature ownership.
Must pass a rigorous technical assessment on Go concurrency, system design, and Kafka event handling.
