Description:

  • The Sr. Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) Data Analyst will analyze healthcare datasets to identify billing anomalies and develop detection tools, collaborating with product, engineering, and payer stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, payment integrity, or fraud detection.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience with large healthcare datasets.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid billing structures and federal program integrity regulations.
  • Familiarity with AI/machine learning tools for fraud detection.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $130,000-155,000/year, excluding variable compensation.
