Description:

  • Own the analytics function for Tapcheck's Customer Support organization, ensuring leadership has a clear view of team performance.
  • Maintain KPI standards, dashboards, and produce analyses that drive strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years in a data analyst or business intelligence role with end-to-end metric ownership.
  • Proficiency in SQL, experience with BI tools, and ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
