Description:

  • Join WeTravel's Lifecycle Team as a Sr. Product Engineer (back-end) to enhance tools for small to medium-sized travel businesses.
  • Lead projects focused on CRM, organizer dashboards, and task management to streamline operations and support business growth.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience, ideally full-stack, with a strong product ownership mindset.
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or at least two other languages (Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, Node.js, .NET) with a desire to learn Ruby.
  • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in multicultural, distributed teams.
  • Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
