Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years of real-world experience in software development.
Proficient in backend programming languages, particularly NodeJS.
Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
Strong foundation in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and complex SQL queries.
Experience with source control systems like Git.
Knowledge of web server/app server configuration and AWS deployment.
Understanding of security and data protection principles.
Good grasp of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
