Description:

  • Join Rula’s Patient Onboarding team as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on enhancing patient experiences and outcomes.
  • Design and deliver high-quality product experiences, owning projects end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on production-ready web applications.
  • Strong skills in API design, data modeling, and developing distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in modern full-stack frameworks, with either frontend or backend expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage technical initiatives, navigate tradeoffs, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their associated risks.
