Description:

  • Senior Staff Software Engineer (IC5) responsible for setting and owning the technical direction for model-driven capabilities in HR Service Delivery.
  • Focus on agentic and conversational experiences that interpret user intent and act on their behalf, ensuring architecture and standards for multiple teams.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience (backend, frontend, or full stack).
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/Node.js, React, API integration, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI features, NLU, conversational AI systems, and production AI integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
