Seeking a highly skilled Staff AI Engineer to drive the development of intelligent, user-facing features leveraging AI and large language models (LLMs).
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful AI-powered experiences that enhance productivity.

Requirements:

Proven experience in building and shipping AI-powered features in production environments.
Deep understanding of LLMs and AI models, including integration strategies.
Experience with orchestration frameworks and developing evaluation metrics for AI features.
5+ years of backend/full-stack engineering experience, proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Familiarity with PostgresDB, MySQL, Elasticsearch, and production-ready observability.
Excellent communication and mentorship skills, with a passion for AI research.
