Description:

  • Responsible for establishing a best-in-class analytics function at Vanta.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to align analytics stack with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum six years of data experience and two years in Software Engineering or related field.
  • Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Stitch/Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow).
  • Experience implementing CDC systems like Debezium.
  • Knowledge of AWS data infrastructure and Terraform.
  • Expertise in dimensional and fact modeling.
  • Passion for enhancing developer experience with data.
  • Willingness to leverage AI responsibly in data practices.
