Description:

  • Grant Street Group seeks a Data Engineer to build and support high-performance data solutions for tax collection, electronic payments, and auctions.
  • The role involves monitoring tools, overcoming technical challenges, and contributing to a data-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL skills, including data modeling and ETL best practices.
  • Proficiency in Python or Go, with a willingness to learn additional languages (Groovy, Perl).
  • Experience with cloud-based data engineering (AWS, GCP) and large-scale data migration tools (Databricks).
  • TechOps skills for supporting analytics tools and troubleshooting system issues.
  • Comfort with Linux command line and shell scripting.
