Description:
- Join Tilt as a Staff Data Platform Engineer, leading the architecture and development of a scalable data platform.
- Focus on creating self-service frameworks for data access, ensuring fast decision-making across teams.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of data engineering experience, with a strong background in building reusable infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Python or another Object Oriented Language, and experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and multi-tenancy principles.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor engineers.
