Description:

AeroVect is a Series A company transforming ground handling with autonomy for airlines and ground service providers.
The Staff Platform Engineer will lead the technical direction and architecture of the software for autonomous ground vehicles, ensuring reliability, performance, and safety.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in developing Linux-based embedded or robotics platforms.
Proven ability to lead across multiple teams and grow senior engineers.
Expert-level C++ (≥C++17) and strong Python skills.
Experience with real-time, safety-critical systems and IPC middleware on Linux/POSIX.
Familiarity with CI/CD patterns for OS images and signed artifacts.
Knowledge of functional safety workflows (ISO 26262, MISRA, SOTIF).
