Description:

  • 1Password is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to lead the DevSecOps function within the Corporate Security team.
  • The role involves setting technical vision, driving standards, and building a scalable developer security program.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in security engineering, DevSecOps, or related roles with a focus on securing developer environments.
  • Expertise in GitHub Enterprise security, CI/CD pipeline security, and software supply chain security.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Terraform, and experience with AI-assisted development security.
  • Proven ability to mentor and elevate team members, and experience in on-call rotations.
