Description:

Redox is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to enhance cloud-native and application security across its platform.
The role involves hardening environments, performing code reviews, and translating control gaps into engineering proposals.
Collaborate with Engineering teams to embed security into the SDLC, focusing on container security and architecture design.
Work remotely within the U.S. in a culture of transparency and ownership.

Requirements:

8+ years in security engineering with experience in system architecture and technical mentorship.
Proficiency in Kubernetes security, threat modeling for applications (Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Go), and secure SDLC practices.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and managing enterprise secrets.
Strong written communication skills and ability to influence technical roadmaps in a remote culture.
Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for workflow automation.
