Description:

Senior individual contributor shaping AI platform strategy within the Platform Services team.
Responsible for designing and building foundational infrastructure for customer-facing AI capabilities in credit union software.
Owns technical direction for AI platform systems, establishing standards and patterns for scalable AI development.
Reports to the Director of Platform Services and influences multiple engineering teams.

Requirements:

8+ years in professional software engineering with cross-team architectural influence.
Proven end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features from concept to production.
Strong proficiency in Python and RESTful API development (FastAPI, Django).
Experience with full-stack development (React, TypeScript) and third-party LLM/AI APIs.
Familiarity with AWS, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture.
Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
