Join Thumbtack as a Staff Software Engineer on the AI/ML Infrastructure team, responsible for centralizing and evolving AI/ML systems.
Design, develop, and ship significant systems that support AI-powered experiences across the platform.

Requirements:

10+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership at a staff level.
3+ years of experience building AI/ML infrastructure in production.
Hands-on experience with LLM-powered systems and AI evaluation systems.
Deep experience in designing and operating reliable distributed systems.
Ability to use AI coding tools and validate AI-generated outputs.
