Description:

  • Seeking a Principal Software Engineer to serve as the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Tech Lead on website and platform projects.
  • Responsible for technical delivery, project ownership, and ensuring high-quality implementation with minimal oversight.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on leading technical delivery.
  • Proven experience with AEM-based solutions and full-stack development (Java, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS).
  • Strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with GenAI tools and a practical understanding of core LLM concepts.
  • Familiarity with API design, microservices, and engineering standards across testing and performance.
